Maxis is offering FREE 1 month for Maxis (Mobile) customers when sign up for Maxis Home Fibre effective on 5th Apr 2019 to 30th April 2019...Now extended until 31th December 2019!
Notes:
• The applicant must currently be on MaxisONE Plan, MaxisONE Home or MaxisONE Prime to enjoy this offer.
• Amount will be credited to customer's Month 2 bill upon successful installation.
• Offer is valid for any submissions from 5th April to 31st December 2019, and successfully installed by 31st January 2020.
• We will still proceed to register the order if found the applicant is not the current Maxis mobile user with the said mobile plan. If customer proceed with the installation, no free 1 month will be offered. Agent must inform customer on it.

- Only applicable for customers that sign up for MaxisONE Home where fibre is successfully installed/completed.
- Easy Switch is cap at RM500 only.
- Only 1 rebate can be applied for each MaxisONE Home subscription.
- 1 OLO (other line's operator) fibre bill is only allowed to redeem 1 easy switch rebate.
- OLO fibre bill must have:
*same installation address with MaxisONE Home application.
*OR same name/identity with MaxisONE Home.
*OLO fibre bill has penalty amount incurred and paid.
- After installation completed, customer need to walk into their current service provider to terminate their existing service which is under contract. Customer will receive their last bill with penalty charge. Customer need to pay the penalty first.
- Walk into any Maxis Retail outlet and present the bill with penalty charge to the frontliner.
- Maxis will assign the rebate (RM50 x 10 months) into customer Maxis Fibre bill.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The fibre contract period is 24 months. Any termination within the contract period, a penalty fee of RM500 will be imposed.
- For package 800Mbps & 500Mbps, customer can enjoy FREE WiFi Mesh Device.
- The FREE 2 units of WiFi Mesh Devices were come with 24 months contract. If customer terminate the fibre plan within the contract period, penalty will be charged. The penalty fee will be the total price (RM300/unit) divided into 24 months; customer has to pay the remaining months of the contract period.
- For package 30Mbps @ RM89, customer can add-on RM10/month (select package RM99) in order to get the Unlimited Calls and DECT phone during new order submission.
- Partners may start to submit the order to Tagter.com by selecting the package plan name as below.
